专业专务型青年组织参与全球治理研究——以国际经济学商学学生联合会(AIESEC)为例

Research on the Participation of Specialized Youth Organizations in Global Governance——Taking AIESEC as an example

在全球治理格局中,国际青年组织发挥着不可替代的积极作用。但目前我国青年社会组织的国际化程度普遍较低,相较而言缺乏参与全球事务的经验。为了快速提高我国青年社会组织的专业性和国际化水平,积极参与全球治理,传播中国声音,针对某一青年群体或聚焦于某一行业开展活动的专业专务型青年组织将是我国青年组织发展的重要借鉴方式。本文以国际经济学商学学生联合会(AIESEC)为例,通过对AIESEC的组建背景、宗旨、组织结构及运行机制等方面的梳理,探索专业专务型青年组织参与全球治理的主要方式和特点以及对我国青年组织国际化发展的启示。

In the global governance,international youth organizations play an irreplaceable role.However,at present,the degree of internationalization of youth social organizations in China is relatively low,and most of the organizations lack the experience in participating in global affairs.In order to quickly improve the internationalization level of China's youth social organizations,actively participate in global governance and spread the voice of China,youth organizations aiming at a certain youth group or focusing on a certain field will be an important reference.This paper takes AIESEC as an example,through the analysis of the background,purpose,structure and operating mechanism of AIESEC,explores the main ways and characteristics of specialized youth organizations to participate in global governance and the enlightenment for the internationalization development of China's youth organizations.
