农科研究生的专业特质决定着他们“三农”面向的应然性。而乡村志愿服务对于强化农科研究生的“三农”情怀大有助益。论文在剖析农科研究生志愿服务能力存在主动学习意识不强、理论功底比较薄弱,社会参与程度低、基层实践能力不强,合作意识淡薄、团队协作能力不足,身份认知有限、角色转换能力不足等问题之后,有针对性地提出了冲破现状窘境的对策建议,即夯实理论基础、增强知识技能,搭建参与平台、丰富基层实践经验,加强队伍管理,团队协作一致;洞悉乡村服务,辅助角色转换,助力乡村振兴。

The professional characteristics of agricultural graduate students determine their"three rural"orientation.Rural volunteer service is very helpful to strengthen the"three rural"feelings of agricultural graduate students.After analyzing the problems of Agricultural Graduate Students'voluntary service ability,such as weak awareness of active learning,weak theoretical foundation,low level of social participation,weak practical ability at the grass-roots level,weak sense of cooperation,insufficient ability of team cooperation,limited identity recognition,and insufficient ability of role transformation.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to break through the current situation,that is,to consolidate the theoretical basis,to strengthen knowledge and skills,to build a participation platform,to enrich practical experience at the grass-roots level,to strengthen team management,and to work together in teams.We should have insight into rural services,assist role transformation,and help rural revitalization.
