摘要
移动式压力容器被广泛应用于气相/液相危化品的中短距离运输。为防止发生在运输过程中罐体超压破裂等各类危险事件,需设置安全泄放装置。然而目前已有的安全装置不能防范危化品在运输过程中的所有可预见风险。本文通过对移动式压力容器过压事件进行ETA分析,列举了各式安全附件的主要作用,分析了其现有的保护层,并总结了现有的风险降低措施与安全仪表系统之间的关系,提出了未来在移动式压力容器上设置安全仪表系统时应采取的技术控制措施。
Mobile pressure vessels are widely used in the short and medium distance transportation of gas/liquid phase hazardous chemicals. In the process of transportation, in order to prevent the tank body from overpressure rupture and other dangerous events, it is necessary to set up a safety relief device. However, the existing safety devices can not prevent all foreseeable risks in the transportation of hazardous chemicals. Based on ETA analysis of overpressure events of mobile pressure vessels, this paper lists the main functions of various types of safety accessories, analyzes their existing protective layers, summarizes the relationship between existing risk reduction measures and safety instrumented system, and puts forward the technical control measures to be taken when installing safety instrumented systems on mobile pressure vessels in the future.
