摘要
本文基于数字多用表在各领域以及生产现场应用的广泛性,运用现有的计量标准器具,对数字多用表的校准方法、不确定度评定及故障调修进行了研究。根据已有的计量标准器具,确定测量原理,再结合计量标准器具的技术指标以及被检数字多用表的实际测量情况,评定其测量结果不确定度。根据被检数字多用表的测量原理以及故障现象,确定故障调修方法。本文计算出的测量结果不确定度和研究出的故障调修方法对数字多用表量值传递的准确可靠提供了保障。
The paper is based on the extensive use of digital multimeters in various fields and production sites. Using existing measurement standard instruments, the calibration method, uncertainty evaluation, and troubleshooting of digital multimeters are studied. According to the existing measurement standard equipment, determine the measurement principle, and then combine the technical indicators of the measurement standard equipment and the actual measurement situation of the digital multimeter under test to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results. According to the measuring principle of the tested digital multimeter and the failure phenomenon, determine the troubleshooting method. The uncertainty of the measurement results calculated in this paper and the troubleshooting methods developed have provided a guarantee for the accuracy and reliability of the digital multimeter value transmission.
