摘要
天线系统作为一种典型的机电一体化装备,存在结构磨损、性能下降和维修复杂等困难,为适应快速检测与视情维修的装备管理需求,提出了针对复杂天线系统的故障观测模型,通过构建健康等级判定准则,采用基于经验模态分解(EMD)算法,实现对复杂天线机电系统状态异变的快速检测、故障诊断与辨识。通过故障植入方式,进行数据分析与比对,检验了算法的有效性和适用性。
There are many disadvantages such as structural wear,performance degradation and complex maintenance for antenna systems as typical electromechanical equipment.In order to meet the equipment management requirements of rapid detection and visual maintenance,a fault observation model for complex antenna system is proposed.Based on EMD algorithm,the rapid detection,fault diagnosis and identification of abnormal state of complex antenna are realized by establishing the health level criteria.By means of fault implantation,data analysis and comparison are carried out to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.
