摘要
互联网为游客体验研究提供了大量相对客观的点评及游记文本数据,但是应用游客网络点评数据研究红色旅游游客体验的文献较少。收集携程网关于井冈山游客点评数据,对其进行高频特征词汇统计和语义网络分析,发现井冈山风景区游客体验感知整体特征为红绿相融、风景漂亮、值得一游,但票价偏贵;同时存在偏重产业经济思维、协调不畅、监管存在漏洞、服务意识不够强等问题。发展井冈山红色旅游需要注重红色旅游的事业属性,并向融合创新的发展模式转变。
The Internet has provided a large number of relatively objective comments and text data of travel notes for tourists'experience research,but there are few pieces of literature that use online tourists'comments to study tourists'experience of red tourism.Taking Jinggangshan scenic area as an example,this article collected the data of tourists'comments from Ctrip and carried on the statistics of high-frequency feature words and semantic network analysis.It is found that the overall characteristics of tourists'experience perception in Jinggangshan scenic area are red and green integration,beautiful scenery,worth a visit,but the ticket price is expensive.At the same time there are some problems such as the emphasis on industrial economic effect,poor coordination,weak supervision,and insufficient service consciousness.It is suggested that red tourism should pay attention to the public utility attribute of tourism and transform into the development pattern of integrated innovation.
