摘要
“双高计划”对高职院校师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求。面对教师队伍总量不足、结构不尽合理,教师发展标准不够明确、自主发展意识不强、信息化教学能力和适应“双岗”需求的能力欠缺、培养机制不够健全等问题,高职院校必须坚持“五力提升”与“五师导向”的发展路径。
Double High Level Project demands higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff.In view of the problems such as insufficient number of teaching staff,unreasonable staff construction,undefined staff development standard,weak self-development consciousness,the lack of abilities of information technology teaching and adaptation to the requirements of double-posts and unsound cultivation mechanism etc..Higher vocational colleges are supposed to insist on the developing path of five ability promotion and five-ability-oriented teachers.
