高职组织视域下教师职业精神消解与重构研究

Research on the Dissolution and Reconstruction of Teachers'Vocational Spirit from the Perspective of Higher Vocational Organizations

调查显示我国高职教师职业精神面临危机。高职组织的科层制结构、功利主义办学现象、管理制度不健全等是影响教师职业精神的重要因素。新时期,高职组织要从强化现代办学观念,提高教师政治地位;建立有效管理制度,保障教师合法权力;推进现代学校治理方式,提升教师教学态度与专业精神等方面重构治理体系,以进一步推进高职院校内部治理现代化,实现高职教师职业精神的回归。

Survey reveals that the vocational spirit of higher vocational teachers in China is faced with a major crisis.The hierarchal structure,utilitarianism and inadequate management systems of higher vocational organizations are important factors that affect teachers'vocational spirit.In the new era,the higher vocational organization should strengthen the concept of modern school running and improve the political status of teachers,establish an effective management system to protect the legitimate rights of teachers,promote modern school governance methods,improve teachers'teaching attitude and professional spirit and reconstruct governance systems so as to further promote the modernization of internal governance in higher vocational colleges and realize the return of vocational spirit of higher vocational teachers.
