摘要
思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,需要从供给侧即教师一方提高课程教学的针对性和亲和力,而提高思政课针对性和亲和力的关键是要找到能满足教师获得感的内驱因子,以此建立激励策略满足教师的获得感,最终让教师输出具有“针对性”和“亲和力”的“教学产品”满足需求侧即学生获得感的需要,增强思政课教学的实效性。
Ideological and political course is the key course to carry out the funda-mental task of cultivating students with virtues.The key to improve the pertinence and affinity of ideological and political course is to find the internal driving factors that may satisfy teachers'sense of acquisition in order to establish incentive strategies to satisfy teachers'sense of acquisition.Thus teachers may finally produce"teaching products"with"pertinence"and"affinity"to meet the needs of students'sense of acquisition and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
