摘要
新冠肺炎疫情防控暴露了我国应急物流系统在组织机制、仓库规划、物资储备、运作流程、保障体系、信息化水平等方面的短板。提高我国应急物流能力,必须从管理、运作和环境三个层面着手,构建新型应急物流体系。
The prevention and control of the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic has exposed the shortcomings of China's emergency logistics system in terms of organizational mechanism,warehouse planning,material reserve,operation process,security system,and information level.To improve China's emergency logistics capability,it is a must to start with management,operation and environment in order to build a new emergency logistics system.
