童年期不良经历健康效应调节因素研究进展

Progress in researches on moderating factors in relationship between adverse childhood experiences and health effects

童年期不良经历(ACEs)问题在全世界各个国家普遍存在,ACEs会对后期身心健康、行为问题产生显著负性效应,而性别、种族、心理行为特征等个体因素与亲子关系、社会支持、医疗资源等环境因素可能对关联起到调节作用,影响健康效应的关联方向和强度。本文对国内外相关研究进行综述,深入认识调节因素对ACEs健康效应的影响,为防控ACEs不良健康结局提供参考。

Adverse childhood experiences(ACEs)are common in countries all over the world.ACEs could increase the risk of physical and mental health and behavioral problems in later life.Individual factors such as gender,ethnicity,and psychological characters and environmental factors such as parent-child relationship,social support and medical resources may play moderate roles on the relationship.The study reviews researches on influence of moderating factors on the health effects of ACEs,and provides references for the prevention and control of adverse health outcomes related to ACEs.
