Study on Explosion Characteristics of Powder Coatings

摘要 为探究粉尘浓度对不同粉末最大爆炸压力、最小着火能量、爆炸下限等爆炸参数的影响,在1.2 L Hartmann管实验装置中开展了3类粉末涂料爆炸特性实验研究,同时结合扫描电镜和粒径分析了不同粉末涂料爆炸的危险性。结果表明:黑水纹样品粉尘爆炸危险性最强,最大爆炸压力达0.742 MPa,爆炸下限为25g/m^3,最小着火能量在18~28范围内;黑砂纹样品粉尘爆炸危险性相对较低,爆炸下限为75 g/m^3,其中样品1最大爆炸压力为0.604 MPa,最小着火能量于35~45 mJ范围内,样品2最大爆炸压力为0.643 MPa,最小着火能量于91~101 mJ范围内。3类粉末涂料爆炸最危险浓度比较接近,黑水纹样品、黑砂纹样品粉尘爆炸的最危险浓度为800 g/m^3,闪银样品为600 g/m^3。 In order to investigate the influence of dust concentration on the explosion parameters such as the minimum ignition energy,maximum explosion pressure and minimum explosion limit of different powders,the explosion characteristics of three kinds of powder coatings were studied in a 1.2 L Hartmann tube experimental device.The dust of black waterripple sample presented the highest risk of explosion,with the maximum explosion pressure up to 0.742 MPa,the minimum limit of explosion as low as 25 g/m^3,and the minimum ignition energy in the range of 18-28 mJ.The dust of black sandgrain sample showed a lower risk of explosion,with the minimum explosion limit of 75 g/m^3,among which sample 1 presented the max.explosion pressure of 0.604 MPa and the minimum ignition energy in the range of 35-45 mJ;and sample 2 presented the max.explosion pressure of 0.643 MPa and minimum ignition energy in the range of 91-101 mJ.The highest concentration of explosion of these three samples were quite similar,800 g/m^3 for the black waterripple and black sandgrain samples,and 600 g/m^3 for the metallic sample.
