摘要
为保证涂料抗流挂性测定试验中数据的准确性,建立了一种校准方法。该方法采用电感测微仪对色漆和清漆抗流挂性测定仪的凹槽深度进行校准,其校准项目与技术指标为:外观完好,凹槽深度示值误差±2μm。并对其示值误差测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:校准数据满足计量性能要求,可以准确评价仪器计量性能。该校准方法可以为色漆和清漆抗流挂性测定仪及其他相关仪器的校准提供参考。
A calibration method was established for calibration of the determination instrument for sag resistance of paints and varnishes,in order to ensure the accuracy of data collected during test.An inductance micrometer was used to calibrate the groove depth on the determination device for sag resistance of paints and varnishes.The calibration items and technical specifications were as follows:good appearance,groove depth tolerance ±2μm.The uncertainties of the indicative error of measurement results were evaluated.The calibration method can be used as a reference for the test device for determination of sag resistance of paints and varnishes and related instruments.
