摘要
葡萄籽原花青素提取物(Grape seed proanthocyanidins extract,GSPE)在哺乳动物中具有抗氧化、降血脂和抗炎等多种功效。为研究GSPE对鱼类脂质代谢的影响,本文以鲤为研究对象,通过灌喂GSPE,在不同时间段检测血清生化相关指标,分析其对鲤脂代谢的影响。结果显示,GSPE在短时间内能显著降低鲤血清中甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量(P<0.05),并提高白蛋白(ALB)和球蛋白(GLB)水平(P<0.05)。本研究表明GSPE具有改善鲤血脂代谢及提高免疫力的作用。结果可为鱼类天然绿色饲料添加剂的研发提供一定的理论依据。
Grape seed proanthocyanidins extract(GSPE)is beneficial to anti-oxidation,reducing blood fat and anti-inflammatory in mammals.In order to study the effect of GSPE on lipid metabolism in fish,carps were orally administered with GSPE for 0 h,1 h,3 h,and then serum biochemical indicators at different time periods were detected.The results showed that GSPE could significantly reduce the contents of TG and LDL in the serum of carp in a short time and increase the levels of ALB and GLB,suggesting that GSPE could improve lipid metabolism disorder and immunity of carp.The result can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of natural green feed additives for fish.
