摘要 近些年来,很多地方师范院校开始定向招收和培养全科师范生.全科师范生是未来的农村小学全科教师,他们必须在今后承担起农村小学各学科教学岗位的工作,其中就包含了音乐教学工作;要成为合格的音乐教师必须要具有良好的音乐素养,才能够在今后开展好音乐教育教学的工作.在本文中,主要是分析和总结了笔者所在学校的全科师范生音乐素养提升的实施策略,希望能有助于更好地提升全科师范生的音乐素养. In recent years,many local normal universities began to recruit and cultivate general normal students.General normal school students are the future teachers of rural primary;schools.They must undertake the teaching posts of various disciplines in rural primary schools in the future,including music teaching.To become qualified music teachers,they must have good music literacy,so as to carry out the work of music education and teaching in the future.In this paper,the author mainly analyzes and summarizes the implementation strategy of music literacy improvement of general normal students in my school,hoping to help to better improve the music literacy of general normal students.
