学前教师教育困境探讨——以黄冈师范学院为例

摘要 学前教育关系到幼儿的成长发展,从事学前教育的教师应当予以高度重视.当然,学前教育事业的优化建设需要大量优秀教育工作者的支持.但是,各大高校学前教育专业的现状造成了教育资源的浪费,也使得学前教师教育陷入困境.因此,学前教育专业的教育工作者应当从困境出发,积极寻找突破困境的有效途径,让更多的毕业生自觉主动地选择从事学前教育事业. Preschool education is related to the growth and development of children,and teachers engaged in preschool education should be highly valued.Of course,the optimization of preschool education needs the support of a large number of excellent educators.However,the current situation of preschool education major in colleges and universities has resulted in the waste of educational resources,which also makes preschool teacher education in a dilemma.Therefore,educators of preschool education should start from the predicament and actively seek effective ways to break through the predicament,so that more graduates can consciously and actively choose to engage in preschool education.
