"一带一路"发展背景下大学生创新创业教育培训模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Education and Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for College Students under the Development of"One Belt One Road"

受"一带一路"影响,现代大学生的创新创业意识开始增强,而很多大学生存在创新创业能力上的缺陷,导致大学生无法实现创新创业目的.这一条件下,高校作为人才培育组织有责任对大学生创新创业能力进行培训,但现代大学生教育培训模式却不具备这一功能,因此需要得到改进.本文将针对现代大学生教育培训模式的功能缺陷进行分析,阐述现有模式在创新创业培训上的主要问题,再针对问题提出对应改善策略,由此生成一个具有提升大学生创新创业功能的教育培训模式.

Influenced by the "one belt, one road", modern college students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship has been enhanced, and many college students have defects in their ability to innovate and start up, which leads to the failure of university students to achieve the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship. Under this condition, as a talent cultivation organization,colleges and universities have the responsibility to train college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability, but the modern college students’ education and training mode does not have this function, so it needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the functional defects of modern college students’ education and training mode, expounds the main problems of the existing mode in innovation and entrepreneurship training, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the problems, so as to generate an education and training mode with the function of promoting college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
