基于学生视角的"农民大学生培养计划"实施满意度评价指标体系研究

Research on the Satisfaction Evaluation Index System of the Implementation of the“Farmer College Student Training Program”from the Perspective of Students

"农民大学生培养计划"(以下简称计划)是加快推进社会主义新农村建设和农村基层服务型党组织建设的重要举措,是农村教育精准扶贫和助力实施乡村振兴战略人才振兴的重要举措,学生的高满意度和受益度是该计划实施的重要价值体现.构建基于学生视角的满意度评价指标体系,有利于对计划实施满意度进行调查和定量分析,有助于对计划做出全面客观准确评价,有助于发现计划在实施过程存在问题,为后序推进计划健康持续发展提供理论支持.本研究通过参阅文献资料、专家访谈、学生调研、实证研究,将政策措施、教学组织实施、教学支持服务、教学成效作为评价指标体系的4个维度构建指标体系.

"Farmer college students training plan"(hereinafter referred to as the plan)is an important measure to accelerate the construction of a new socialist countryside and the construction of rural grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations.It is also an important measure for rural education to help poverty alleviation and promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The high satisfaction and benefit degree of students are the important value embodiment of the implementation of the plan.The construction of satisfaction evaluation index system based on students'perspective is conducive to the investigation and quantitative analysis of the satisfaction degree of the plan implementation,helps to make a comprehensive,objective and accurate evaluation of the plan,helps to find problems in the implementation process of the plan,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent healthy and sustainable development of the plan.Through literature review,expert interviews,student research and empirical research,this study takes policy measures,teaching organization and implementation,teaching support services and teaching effectiveness as the four dimensions of the evaluation index system to construct the index system.
