郴州市居民针灸推拿认知度调查及针灸疗法的社区推广研究

Investigation on Awareness of Acupuncture and Massage among Residents in Chenzhou City and Community Promotion of Acupuncture Therapy

目的:调查郴州市居民对于针灸推拿知识的认知程度研究针灸疗法的社区推广方法.方法:对郴州市居民进行针灸推拿认知情况和针灸推拿知识宣教需求的调查,收集相关数据并进行统计分析.结果:共回收有效问卷805份,调查结果表明郴州市居民对针灸的认知情况中等;居民对针灸疾病谱的认知并不全面,认知度最高的疾病是颈肩腰腿疼痛,达90.06%,认知度最低的疾病是带状疱疹,占24.35%.89.3%的被调查居民期望获得针灸推拿知识的宣传教育,最愿意接受的宣教方式是专业人士开展讲座、授课,占79.5%.结论:郴州市居民对针灸的认知情况有进一步提升的空间,今后应该加强针灸推拿知识的科普宣传.

Objective:To investigate the cognition of Chenzhou residents on acupuncture and massage knowledge,and to study the community promotion methods of acupuncture therapy.Methods:To investigate the cognition of acupuncture and massage among residents in Chenzhou City,collect relevant data and make statistical analysis.Results:a total of 805 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey results showed that Chenzhou residents'cognition of acupuncture and moxibustion was moderate;residents'cognition of acupuncture disease spectrum was not comprehensive,the highest recognition was neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain(90.06%),and the lowest recognition was herpes zoster(24.35%).89.3%of the surveyed residents expected to get the publicity and education of acupuncture and massage knowledge,and the most willing way to accept was professional lectures and lectures,accounting for 79.5%.Conclusion:there is room for further improvement of cognition of acupuncture and moxibustion among residents in Chenzhou City,and the popularization of acupuncture and massage knowledge should be strengthened in the future.
