The Innovative Talent Cultivation Mode of"Competition and Teaching Integration"under the Guidance of the OBE Concept

为促进高等学校创新人才培养,在分析OBE理念、创新人才培养以及赛教融合三者之间关系的基础上,基于OBE理念构建"赛教融合"创新人才培养模式。按照目标、过程、评估的教育思路,分析了创新人才培养目标、赛教融合过程以及学习成果评估之间的联系,并对各环节工作的主要内容及方式进行了分析,为新时代高校创新人才培养提供决策参考。

In order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in universities,on the basis of the analysis of the relationship among the concept of OBE,the cultivation of innovative talents and the integration of competition and teaching,the article constructs innovative talents cultivation mode of"competition and teaching integration"based on the concept of OBE.According to the educational clues of goal,process and evaluation,this article analyzes the relationship between the goal of cultivating innovative talents,the process of integrating competition and teaching,and the evaluation of learning outcomes,and analyzes the main contents and methods of each link.The research provides a decision reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new era.
