摘要
我国高校专职辅导员在高校中普遍实行教师岗与管理岗并行制度,繁重的工作压力给高校辅导员的专业化带来了困难。如今的辅导员专业化由于职责的双重性、准入标准的模糊性、专业技能的多样性、身份非恒常性带来了诸多问题。结合教师专业发展理论,从建立辅导员职业准入机制、提高辅导员思想政治教育站位和建立政府—高校—学院—个人层级式的专业发展模式来进行辅导员专业化建设途径的探索。
In our country,full-time college counselors generally implement the system of teacher post and management post in colleges and universities.The heavy work pressure brings difficulties to the specialization of college counselors.Nowadays,the professionalization of counselors has brought about many problems due to the duality of responsibilities,the fuzziness of admission standards,the diversity of professional skills and the non constancy of identity.Combined with the theory of teachers’professional development,this paper explores the ways of counselor’s professional construction from the following aspects:establishing counselor’s professional access mechanism,improving counselor’s ideological and political education station,and establishing a government-university-college-individual hierarchical professional development mode.
