思想政治理论课在应用型高校学生就业中的作用研究

Research on the Role of Ideological and Political Theory Course in the Employment of Applied College Students

大学生就业问题历来是社会关注的焦点问题,也是我们必须面对的现实。面对当前巨大的就业压力,严峻的就业形势,不少大学生出现了心理焦虑或不能对就业现状有客观认知,更没有将自身职业发展与祖国需要紧密联系,导致很多大学生就业不适的情况出现。作为培养学生世界观、价值观和人生观的思想政治理论课,对学生的就业和职业观念有着极其重要的引导性作用。本文从思想政治理论课教学实际入手,力求将高校思想政治理论课与就业指导相结合,探讨增强思想政治理论课在大学生就业观念等方面的引导作用,最终实现促进大学生就业提升。

The employment of college students has always been the focus of social concern,but also the reality we must face.In the face of the current huge employment pressure and severe employment situation,many college students have psychological anxiety or cannot have objective understanding of the employment situation,and they have not closely linked their career development with the needs of the motherland,which leads to many college students’employment discomfort.As an ideological and political theory course to cultivate students’world outlook,values and outlook on life,it plays an extremely important guiding role in students’employment and professional concept.Starting from the teaching practice of Ideological and political theory course,this paper tries to combine the ideological and political theory course with employment guidance,and discusses how to enhance the guiding role of Ideological and political theory course in college students’employment concept,so as to realize the promotion of college students’employment.
