摘要
将真实的企业岗位角色与中职的实训课项目式学习相结合,让学生在实训过程中体验工作岗位、适应岗位角色,以提升岗位角色认同感及培养岗位能力。文章以电子商务专业综合实训课"商品拍摄与后期处理"课程为例进行基于岗位角色的中职实训课项目式学习设计,旨在为中职项目式学习设计提供借鉴和参考。
Combining the real enterprise post role with the project-based learning of secondary vocational training course,students can experience and adapt to the post role in the training process,so as to enhance the identity of the post role and cultivate the post ability.This paper takes the comprehensive training course"commodity shooting and post-processing"as an example to carry out the project-based learning design of vocational training course based on post role,aiming to provide reference for the project-based learning design of secondary vocational education.
