近年来,大学生心理健康问题日渐凸显,日益受到人们的关注,而原生家庭对大学生的心理健康问题起着至关重要的作用,本文通过一线辅导员视角,结合实际案例分析原生家庭对于大学生心理健康问题的影响,并探究促进学生心理健康的有效途径。

In recent years,the mental health problems of college students are becoming increasingly prominent,and people pay more and more attention to it.The original family plays an important role in the mental health of college students.This paper analyzes the influence of the original family on the mental health of college students from the perspective of front-line counselors,combined with practical cases,and explores effective ways to promote students’mental health.
