摘要
目的:调查地方医学院校学生对课堂教学质量评价体系满意度状况,分析其影响因素并提出建议。方法:采用自编问卷对广西某医学院校在校本科学生开展问卷调查。结果:学生课堂教学质量评价总体满意度较低,满意度在性别存在显著差异、年级、专业(医学/非医学)、在身份(是否为班干部)不存在差异;在所有评价子项目中,课堂教学质量评价结果反馈方式满意度最低。结论:医学院校应加大对课堂教学质量保障与监控体系建设力度,优化课堂教学质量评价指标体系,加强学生评教宣传力度,完善反馈机制,提高学生对课堂教学质量评价满意度。
Objective:To investigate the satisfaction status of students in local medical colleges with the evaluation system of classroom teaching quality,analyze their influencing factors and make suggestions.Methods:A questionnaire was conducted on undergraduate students in a medical college in Guangxi by self-compiled questionnaire.Results:The overall satisfaction of students in the evaluation of classroom teaching quality was low,and there were no differences in gender,grade,specialty(medical/non-medical),and no difference in status(whether class cadres),and the lowest satisfaction rate of classroom teaching quality evaluation was among all the evaluation sub-projects.Conclusion:Medical colleges should strengthen the construction of classroom teaching quality assurance and monitoring system,optimize the system of evaluation index of classroom teaching quality,strengthen the propaganda of students’evaluation and teaching,improve the feedback mechanism,and improve students’satisfaction with the evaluation of classroom teaching quality.
