终身教育学习体系下成人高等教育管理体制改革研究

Research on the Reform of Adult Higher Education Management System under the Lifelong Education Learning System

受传统观念的束缚,原有成人高等教育管理体制具有局限性,导致学生与教师对于成人高等教育并不满意。因此有必要研究终身教育学习体系下,成人高等教育管理体制的改革方案。该改革方案以评估终身教育学习体系的影响力为前提,通过预测未来各学龄段人口变化趋势,明确成人高等教育管理体制存在的问题,以此从成人高等院校角度、政府角度、学习者角度制定改革方案。调查结果显示,三所成人高等院校改革教育管理体制后,学生和教师的满意度,均超过了0。9,证明大多数师生对该改革方案满意。由此可见,此次研究的改革方案,对成人高等院校教学提供一定帮助。

Restricted by the traditional ideas,the original adult higher education management system has limitations,resulting in students and teachers are not satisfied with adult higher education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the reform scheme of adult higher education management system under the lifelong education learning system.The reform plan is based on the evaluation of the influence of lifelong education and learning system.By predicting the population change trend of each school age in the future,the problems existing in the management system of adult higher education are clarified,and the reform plan is formulated from the perspective of adult colleges,government and learners.The survey results show that after the reform of education management system in the three adult colleges and universities,the satisfaction of students and teachers exceeds 0.9,which proves that most teachers and students are satisfied with the reform plan.It can be seen that the reform program of this study can provide some help to the teaching of adult colleges and universities.
