新时代背景下高校专业课程中融入通识教育的必要性与路径——以“旅游学概论”为例

高等教育究竟要培养怎样的人才?很显然,掌握知识和专业技能已不能适应新时代的要求,而培养学生的综合能力显得十分重要,但这种综合能力很难通过传统的通识教育体系实现。因此,新时代背景下必须探索将通识教育融入到专业教育的方法和路径。人才培养是自上而下的过程,首先必须将人才培养目标进行更新和明确,以培养学生的综合能力为重,同时将专业课程的教学目标和人才培养的目标实现统一,并且将这种目标落实到教学大纲的设计之中,实现教学活动与课程目标的一致。最后,需要通过合理设计考评方式,围绕综合能力的培养目标进行测评,才能保证教学的目标—过程—考评成为统一的整体,相辅相成,互相一致。

What kind of talents should higher education train?Obviously,the mastery of knowledge and professional skills can notmeet the requirements of the new era,and the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability is very important,but this comprehensive ability is difficult to achieve through the traditional general education system.Therefore,under the background of the new era,we must explore the methods and paths of integrating general education into professional education.Talent training is a top-down process.First of all,we must update and clarify the objectives of talent training,focusing on the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability.At the same time,we should unify the teaching objectives of professional courses and personnel training objectives,and implement these objectives into the design of teaching syllabus,so as to achieve the consistency of teaching activities and curriculum objectives.Finally,it is necessary to design a reasonable evaluation method and evaluate around the training objective of comprehensive ability,so as to ensure that the teaching goal process evaluation becomes a unified whole,complementary and consistent with each other.
