摘要
新时代,面对高等教育发展的新形势,注重专业建设和学生工作的协同发展,是高校构建“培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养体系”的重要内容,实现专业教育与学生工作的同向同行,是学校内涵式发展、培养德智体美劳全面发展人才的需要,有利于高校落实立德树人根本任务。目前高校存在学生工作与专业建设协同效果并不理想。本文通过建立培养方案更新触动、学生教学体验互动、社会评价反馈、毕业达成状况调查等四种机制,以促进高校专业建设与学生工作的协同发展。
Facing the new situation of the development of higher education,pay attention to the coordinated development,professional construction and students work is to build"the cultivation of art comprehensive development of talent training system"of the important content of implementing professional education with the student work meticulously,is a school connotative development,cultivating talents of art of morality,intelligence and physique full scale development need,is conducive to implement the basic task of strengthening moral education in colleges and universities.At present,the collaborative effect between student work and specialty construction is not ideal.In order to promote the collaborative development of college specialty construction and student work,this paper establishes four mechanisms,namely,the renewal of training program,the interaction of students'teaching experience,the social evaluation feedback,and the investigation of graduation achievement.
