摘要
中外合作办学意在结合双方不同的文化以及教育理念,发挥各方优势,提高培养人才的质量。所应用的人力资源具有跨文化特性,文化差异、教育理念的差异。基于跨文化特性,确立共通的管理原则,完善管理制度。促进中外合作办学的更好发展。本文根据跨文化合作办学基本的文化冲突,展开对中外合作办学管理方式方法进行讨论。
The purpose of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools is to combine the different cultures and educational ideas of both sides,give full play to the advantages of all parties and improve the quality of personnel training.The applied human resources have cross-cultural characteristics,cultural differences and educational ideas.Based on the cross-cultural characteristics,establish commonmanagement principles and improve the management system.To promote the better development of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools.According to the basic cultural conflict of cross-cultural cooperation in running schools,this paper discusses the management methods of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools.
