在应用型高校人才培养过程中,实习教学是关键环节之一,是人才培养方案和教学计划的重要内容,对培养学生实践能力和创新精神具有非常重要的作用。文章指出了目前高校实习教学中存在对实习工作不够重视、实习管理水平有待提升和实践教学基地建设不足等问题,并结合实践教学管理的实践,从完善规章制度、加强过程管控和加强实践教学基地建设等三方面,对如何提高实习教学质量提出了一些举措和建议,旨在为应用型人才培养提供有益的借鉴。

In the process of talent training in applied universities,practice teaching is one of the key links and an important part of talent training programs and teaching plans.It plays a very important role in cultivating students'practical ability and innovative spirit.The article pointed out the current internship teaching in colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention to internship work,internship management needs to be improved,and insufficient construction of practical teaching bases,and combined with the practice of practical teaching management,from improving rules and regulations,strengthening process control and strengthening practical teaching bases construction and other three aspects put forward some measures and suggestions on how to improve the quality of internship teaching,aiming to provide useful reference for the training of applied talents.
