摘要
跨学科人才培养对我国创新型驱动发展战略的实施具有深远意义。食品科学是一门应用性较强的学科,在融合了化学、生物、物理等基础学科理论之上,更与材料学、机电与机械自动化、营养与医学等众多学科存在交叉应用及学科扩展。因此,跨学科食品科学专业研究生培养对于食品科学的创新与发展极为重要。高等院校作为创新型人才培养的主阵地,应以“为新时代中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的接班人和建设者”为己任,通过科学调整培养方案、组建跨学科培养平台、加大跨学科招生力度、建设跨学科培养导师队伍以及开展跨学科论坛等措施,完善跨学科人才培养机制。
The training of interdisciplinary talents is of far-reaching significance to the implementation of my country's innovation-driven development strategy.Food science is a highly applied subject.It combines basic subject theories such as chemistry,biology,and physics,and has cross-applications and subject extensions with many subjects such as materials science,electromechanical and mechanical automation,nutrition and medicine.Therefore,the cultivation of interdisciplinary food science graduate students is extremely important for the innovation and development of food science.As the main front for the cultivation of innovative talents,colleges and universities should take"training qualified successors and builders for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era"as their own responsibility,and through scientific adjustment of training programs,the establishment of interdisciplinary training platforms,and the measures such as the strength of subject enrollment,the construction of a team of interdisciplinary training tutors,and the development of interdisciplinary forums,and perfect interdisciplinary talent training mechanisms.
