摘要
目的:为了提高"护理礼仪"教学效果,强化学生专业水平与礼仪素养;方法:选取280名护理专业学生为研究对象,平均分成两个小组,第一组设为对照组,140名学生,采用传统教学方式进行"护理礼仪"教学,第二组为试验组,140名学生,采用对分课堂教学模式进行"护理礼仪"教学,在学前结束后对两组学生进行考核;结果:试验组学生的行为规范操作考核以及"护理礼仪"理论考核成绩均要明显优于对照组(P<0。0001);结论:对分课堂教学模式能够有效改善"护理礼仪"教学效果,调动学生学习积极性,提高学生护理礼仪操作规范,有助于改善学生的专业水平与礼仪素养。
Objective:To improve the teaching effect of"Nursing Etiquette"and strengthen the professional level and etiquette literacy of students;Method:280 nursing students were selected as the research object,divided into two groups on average,the first group was set as the control group,140 Students use the traditional teaching method for"Nursing Etiquette",the second group is the experimental group,140 students,use the bi-class teaching mode to teach"Nursing Etiquette",and the two groups of students will be evaluated after the end of pre-school;Results:Test the behavior evaluation of the group's students and the theoretical evaluation of the"Nursing Etiquette"are significantly better than the control group(P<0.0001);Conclusion:The split classroomteaching model can effectively improve the teaching effect of the"Nursing Etiquette"and mobilize the students'enthusiasm for learning,improving student nursing etiquette operation standards can help improve students'professional level and etiquette literacy.
