摘要
以综合职业能力为培养目标的现代教育理念要求以培养学生探究精神和面向未来能力的教学模式的应用,这与PBL教学模式的"问题导向"思路和"以学生为中心"的流程原则相契合。将综合职业能力指标具体化,得出5大项42小项细化指标,以PBL教学模式为主导的课程设计矩阵将知识点细化目标、知识点对应的能力细化指标借助PBL教学流程整合起来,设计每一流程环节对应的学生学法和教师教法,帮助教师将教学过程系统化、标准化,以严谨流程确保综合职业能力培养目标落到实处。
the modern education idea with the comprehensive vocational ability as the training goal requires the application of the teaching mode of cultivating students'inquiry spirit and future oriented ability,which is in line with the"problem oriented"thinking of PBL teaching mode and the"student-centered"process principle.In order to help teachers systematize and standardize the teaching process,we can get 5 major items and 42 minor items of detailed indicators.The course design matrix led by PBL teaching mode integrates the detailed objectives of knowledge points and the detailed indicators of ability corresponding to knowledge pointswith the help of PBL teaching process,and designs the student learningmethod and teacher teachingmethod corresponding to each process link to ensure that the goal of comprehensive vocational ability training is implemented.
