摘要
高校学生管理模式普遍存在淡化学生主体自觉性的制度缺陷,目标设置理论是以发挥主体意识为前提的过程性激励理论。因此,在高校学生管理模式中引入目标设置理念,辅以一定形式的纪律性约束与消极性促进的措施,能够有效改变现行管理模式中存在的忽视学生主观能动性的问题,从而引导学生树立自觉意识,增强学生发展的内生动力,促进学生全面协调发展。
The system defect of weakening students'subjective consciousness exists in the management mode of college students.The goal setting theory is a process incentive theory based on the premise of exerting the subject consciousness.Therefore,the introduction of the concept of goal setting,supplemented by certain forms of disciplinary constraints and negative promotion measures,can effectively change the existing management mode of ignoring the students'subjective initiative,so as to guide students to establish self-consciousness,enhance the endogenous driving force of students'development,and promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of students.
