摘要
近年来数控技术和工厂化预制在高速铁路接触网智能预配中得到广泛的应用,同时BIM技术将成为铁路工程建设行业发展的必然.因此,本文基于铁路工程信息模型的分类与编码体系,将高速铁路接触网智能预配全过程的数据信息与接触网模型进行映射关联,通过BIM管理系统实现预配数据的集成,为实现接触网“一杆一档”资料管理和运营维护管理提供基础支撑.最后,基于编码体系的接触网智能预配全流程管理系统,提高了企业的精细化管理水平.
In recent years,NC technology and industrial prefabrication have been widely used in OCS intelligent pre-assembly of high-speed railway.At the same time,BIM technology will become the inevitable development of railway engineering construction industry.Therefore,based on the classification and coding system of railway engineering information model,this paper associates the data information of the whole process of high-speed railway OCS intelligent pre-assembly with the OCS model,and realizes the integration of the pre-assembly data through the BIM management system,which provides the basic support for the“one-mast,one-file”data management and the operation and maintenance management of the OCS.In the end,based on the coding system,the OCS intelligent pre-assembly overall process management system improves the delicacy management level of the enterprise.
