中国对外直接投资企业母公司区位选择研究

Research on Location Choice of Chinese OFDI Parent Firms

对2005~2015年12771家中国对外直接投资企业母公司在境内282个地级市的区位选择进行了实证分析,发现其区位选择与城市创新能力、市场潜力、服务业发展水平、开放水平显著正相关;与城市基础设施水平关系不显著;而与城市劳动力成本、人力资源显著负相关,同时这种显著性随时间推移逐渐减弱.并针对提升城市对外直接投资高端驱动能力提出了相应政策建议.

This research studied the determination of the location choice of Chinese OFDI parent firms in 282 prefecturelevel cities of China by using 12771 Chinese OFDI parent firms’data from 2005 to 2015.The results show that:first,thelevel of cities’innovation,market potential,development of services,openness and location advantages have a significantpositive impact on the parent firms’location choices;second,wages and human resource have a significant negative impacton the parent firms’location choices,besides,the significance of this impact is decreased gradually;third,the relationshipbetween the development of cities’infrastructure and the parent firms’location choices is unknown.Advices for governmentto promote cities’OFDI are also given.
