铁路货场向物流中心转型过程的发展模式研究

Research on Patterns of Development from Railway Freight Station to Logistics Center

物流中心作为物流系统重要的组成部分,支撑着物流网络.铁路物流中心是铁路运输体系中的关键节点,以铁路运输枢纽为载体,充分整合现有既有铁路货运的资源,在货运之外为用户提供更多延伸性服务.针对铁路货场发展中存在的既有问题进行总结梳理,简述了货场向物流中心转型的必要性.以佳木斯铁路物流中心为研究对象,从外部宏观环境要素进行分析和总结,运用SWOT分析法对物流中心进行全面、系统、准确的研究,因地制宜提出物流中心转型过程中的发展策略及措施.

As an important part of logistics system,logistics center is the support of the whole logistics network.The railwaylogistics center which as an important node in railway transportation network system depends on the railway transportationhub,fully integrates the logistics resources of the existing railway freight stations and provides more extension services forcustomers besides railway freight.The problem existing in the development of railway freight station is figured out and thenecessity of transformation from railway freight station to the logistics center is briefly described in this paper.With Jiamusi's railway logistics center as the research object,the author analyzes and summarizes the external macro-environmental factors,conducts a comprehensive,systematic and accurate study on the logistics center with SWOT analysis,and proposes the developmentstrategy and implementation measures in the transformation process of the logistics center according to local conditions.
