摘要
目前大多数的超高层建筑采用了核心筒+钢-混组合外框结构,此类建筑的外框柱大多内置型钢柱,截面较大,有些建筑为满足整体外形的要求,外框结构还设置一定倾斜度.这些特点在一定程度上增加了外框柱的施工难度.某超高层工程通过技术研究和工程实践,采用超高层定位测量、柱边角钢定位、梁柱节点加固等技术,解决了柱截面大、柱身倾斜度难以控制、柱模板加固和梁柱节点混凝土质量控制等难题,实现了施工质量好、施工速度快的效果,具有推广应用价值.
Currently,most of the super high-rise buildings adopt the core tube+steel-concrete composite frame structure.The outer frame columns of such buildings are mainly built-in steel columns with large cross-section.In order to meet therequirements of the overall shape of the building,a certain inclination is set for the outer frame columns.These characteristicsgreatly increase the difficulty of constructing the outer frame column to a certain extent.Through the technical research andengineering practice of a super high-rise project,the technical measures such as super high-rise positioning survey,weldingcolumn edge positioning angle steel,and beam column joint formwork reinforcement,have solved the problems of largecolumn section,difficulty in controlling column inclination,strengthening the column formwork and quality control ofconcrete at beam-column joints,which has achieved the effect of high construction quality and fast construction speed,andis worthy of popularization and application.
