摘要
为验证盾构掘进机台车设计合理性,以某盾构施工工程为研究背景,基于ANSYS仿真软件对盾构掘进机台车进行有限元分析,得到3节台车应力应变分布规律.研究结果表明,1号台车应力值与变形量最大,安全系数最低,4号台车次之,2号台车应力与变形最小,安全性最高.3节台车整体应力和变形量较小,强度与刚度基本满足设计施工要求,根据设计方案制造的台车使用性能较为优异,验证了仿真结果.本文台车有限元分析方法可为盾构台车结构设计及设施布局优化提供参考.
In order to verify the rationality of the design for shield machine trolley,taking a shield construction project as the research background,a finite element analysis of the trolley for shield tunneling machine is carried out based on ANSYS simulation software,and the distribution rule of stress and strain for the three trolleys is obtained.The research results show that the 1 st trolley has the highest stress and deformation as well as the lowest safety coefficient,then followed by the 4 th trolley.The 2 nd trolley has the smallest stress and deformation with the highest safety.The overall stress and deformation of the three trolleys are relatively small,and the strength and stiffness basically meet the design and construction requirements.The performance of the trolleys made according to the design scheme is excellent,which verifies the simulation results.The finite element analysis of the trolleys can provide a reference for the structure design of the shield trolley and the layout optimization of the facilities.
