阿伦磷酸钠片联合补肾活血方治疗老年骨质疏松症临床效果观察

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on elderly patients with osteoporosis

目的随着我国人口老年化,骨质疏松症的患病率正逐年上升,单纯西药治疗收效一般,中医对骨质疏松采用补肾活血、壮阳补气的方法治疗具有较好疗效。本研究探讨阿伦磷酸钠片联合补肾活血方治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择2018-06-01-2019-03-31辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院收治的80例骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,按照初次就诊的顺序排号,并结合患者性别、年龄和病程匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者口服阿伦磷酸钠片。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服补肾活血方,每日1剂,分别于早、中、晚饭后30min温水送服。对两组患者进行连续90d的连续治疗。比较两组治疗前后McGill疼痛评分、血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平及治疗有效率。结果治疗后,对照组和观察组的治疗总有效率分别为75.0%和92.5%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,χ^2=4.501,P=0.034。治疗后,观察组McGill疼痛评分为(13.48±2.77)分,对照组为(20.12±2.21)分,两组McGill疼痛评分较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,t=11.851,P<0.001。疗程结束后,观察组Ca为(2.61±0.25)mmol/L,对照组为(2.33±0.13)mmol/L,两组Ca水平均较前有所升高,观察组改善较对照组更为明显,t=-6.284,P<0.001;观察组P为(1.01±0.12)mmol/L,对照组为(1.16±0.14)mmol/L,两组P水平均较前有所降低,观察组改善较对照组更为明显,t=5.145,P<0.001;观察组ALP为(62.17±9.31)U/L,对照组为(82.33±10.29)U/L,两组ALP水平均较前有所降低,观察组改善较对照组更为明显,t=9.188,P<0.001。结论阿伦磷酸钠片联合补肾活血方治疗骨质疏松患者效果明显,可以起到疏通全身气血、缓解疼痛及补肾强骨的功效。

OBJECTIVE With the aging of China’s population,the prevalence of osteoporosis is increasing year by year,and simple Western medicine treatment has achieved general results.Traditional Chinese medicine has good effects in treating osteoporosis with kidney,blood,and aphrodisiac.In this study,80 elderly patients with osteoporosis were selected as the research object to explore the clinical efficacy of alendronate sodium tablets combined with Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of osteoporosis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with osteoporosis who were treated at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from June 1,2018 to March 31,2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in the order of the first visit,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given orally sodium phosphate tablets.Patients in the observation group were supplemented with Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the basis of treatment in the control group,one dose per day.The decoction was warmed half an hour after breakfast,lunch and dinner every day.The two groups of patients were treated continuously for 90 consecutive days.The McGill pain scores,serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase levels and treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS After treatment,the total effective rates of the control group was 75.0%,lower than that of the observation group(92.5%),χ^2=4.501,P=0.034.After treatment,the McGill pain score of the observation group was 13.48±2.77,and the control group was 20.12±2.21.The McGill pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant,t=11.851,P<0.001.After the course of treatment,Ca in the observation group was(2.61±0.25)mmol/L,and in the control group was(2.33±0.13)mmol/L,t=-6.284,P<0.001.The level of P in the observation group was(1.01±0.12)mmol/L,lower than that of the control group was(1.16±0.14)mmol/L,the P level in the two groups was lower than before,t=5.145,P<0.001.The ALP of the observation group was(62.17±9.31)U/L,lower than that of the control group(82.33±10.29)U/L,t=9.188,P<0.001.CONCLUSION Alun sodium phosphate tablets combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction have obvious effects in treating patients with osteoporosis.
