摘要
在共建“一带一路”的倡议下,基础设施互联互通对中国与沿线国家间的经济社会发展具有基础性、全局性以及先导性作用。文章梳理了近年来中国与印度、尼泊尔间的基础设施互联互通建设进展状况,并依据相关数据库提供的中国、印度、尼泊尔国家层面的基础设施互联互通数据,对中、印、尼三国贸易竞争力的贡献力影响因素进行分析,认为完善的物流、能源、通讯等基础设施互联互通的建设,能够显著促进双边国家贸易竞争力。未来中国和南亚国家间应当进一步加大交通、能源、信息通讯的设施互联互通建设,开展更高层次的国际物流合作,进而架构起真正意义上的中印尼经济走廊,最终实现跨喜马拉雅经济带国家间的互利共赢与共同繁荣。
With the initiative of co-building"the Belt and Road",the infrastructure connectivity between China and the countries along"the Belt and Road"has a fundamental,overall and guiding function in the countries'eco⁃nomic and social development.This article firstly reviews the progress of infrastructure connectivity between Chi⁃na,India and Nepal in recent years,and analyzes the contributing factors of China,India and Nepal's trade com⁃petitiveness according to the national data on infrastructure connectivity provided by the relevant databases,and then points out that perfecting the construction of infrastructure connectivity on logistics,energy and communica⁃tion can significantly promote the competitiveness of bilateral trade.In the future,China and South Asian coun⁃tries should further enhance the construction of the infrastructure connectivity on transportation,energy and in⁃formation and communication facilities,carry out higher-level international cooperation in logistics,and then build a practical China-India-Nepal Economic Corridor,and ultimately achieve mutual benefit,win-win situa⁃tion and common prosperity of the countries on the Trans-Himalayan Economic Belt.
