摘要 随着国家对现代教育技术的不断重视,各种教学平台和在线课程规模日益壮大,如何提升这些教学资源的应用效果变得越来越重要,本研究旨在探索一种以学生为本的在线动态课程体系构建策略,即依据行业中岗位和能力需求的大数据,以工作流程和职业晋级发展为脉络,整合学校人才培养方案和知识体系。并根据学生个人职业规划,自动排序组合模块化的课程内容,融合闯关游戏式的多维度成就与评价机制,跟踪和微调学生技能学习情况,实现创新的个人定制式在线课程引导体系。 With the attention of the state to modern education technology and the growing scale of teaching platforms and online courses,how to improve the effect of these teaching resources has become more and more important.In this study,in order to explore a student-oriented online dynamic course system,according to the big data of job capacity requirements,and based on the workflow and career development,the school’s talent training program and knowledge system was integrated.The modular curriculum was automatically sorted and combined according to the students’career planning.After that,the game-based achievement and evaluation mechanism were integrated.The students’skill learning was tracked and fined tune.Finally,personalized online course system innovation was achieved.
