热封参数对食品软包装薄膜热封性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 复合软包装薄膜广泛应用于各种食品包装,其封口质量对于产品包装、运输、销售都会产生很大影响。本研究以3种常见食品软包装复合薄膜为研究对象,采用热封试验仪对材料进行热封,通过拉伸试验对其热封强度进行测试,研究了热封参数对复合薄膜热封性能的影响,分析了复合薄膜热封失效模式。结果表明:热封温度对复合薄膜的热封强度和失效模式有显著的影响,随着热封温度升高,复合薄膜热封强度呈现逐渐增大的趋势,并在热封温度增加到一定温度后趋于稳定;热封温度对失效模式和热封外观影响显著,而热封压力对两者影响不大;热封压力和热封强度的关联程度同时受到热封温度的影响,热封温度较低时,热封压力对热封强度的影响不明显;而热封温度较高时,热封强度随热封压力呈现不同程度增大的趋势。综合热封强度、热封外观效果和热封失效模式3个因素,确定了3种复合薄膜热封参数合理的取值区域,为实际生产提供了依据。 Laminated flexible packaging films are widely used in various food packaging,and their sealing quality have a great effect on product packaging,transportation and sales.In this research,three kinds of common food laminated flexible packaging films were studied,the materials were heat sealed by heat sealing test machine,and the heat sealing strength were tested with the tensile test machine.The influence of heat sealing parameters on the heat sealing performance of laminated films were studied,and the failure modes of laminated films were analyzed.The results showed that the heat sealing temperature has a significant effect on heat sealing strength and failure mode of the laminated films.The heat sealing strength of the laminated films increases gradually with the increase of heat sealing temperature,and tends to reach stablity when the heat sealing temperature increases to a certain temperature.Heat sealing temperature has significant influence on failure modes and appearance,while heat sealing pressure has little influence on them.The correlation degree between heat sealing pressure and heat sealing strength is affected by heat sealing temperature at the same time.The influence of heat sealing pressure on the heat sealing strength is not obvious when the heat sealing temperature is low,while the heat sealing strength increases with the increasing of heat sealing pressure in different degrees when the heat sealing temperature is high.Based on the three factors of heat sealing strength,heat sealing appearance effect and heat sealing failure mode,the reasonable value region of heat sealing parameters of three laminated films are determined,which provide basis for practical production.
