山东省驴规模化养殖效率及差异性分析

Efficiency and Difference of Large-scale Donkey Breeding in Shandong Province

驴业是中国畜牧业发展的重要分支之一,但一直未受到广泛关注。选取山东聊城和德州驴规模化养殖主产区,基于对当地驴养殖户的专项调研数据,运用DEA模型,实证分析了调研地区驴养殖户的生产技术效率,比较了不同地区、不同养殖模式以及不同养殖规模下驴养殖户的养殖效率差异,厘清了技术和规模对驴养殖效率的影响程度,指出了制约当地驴养殖户养殖效率提升的主要因素。最后,基于当地驴产业存在的主要问题针对性地提出了改进和提升当地驴产业发展的政策建议。

The donkey industry is an important branch of animal husbandry in China,but it has not been paid much attention to.Selecting the main areas of large-scale donkey breeding in Liaocheng and Dezhou of Shandong province as the study areas,based on the special investigation of the local farmers’ donkey breeding data,using DEA model,the production technical efficiency of donkey breeders in the investigation area was empirically analyzed,the efficiency differences of donkey breeders in different regions,different breeding modes and different breeding scales were compared,the influence of technology and scale on the efficiency of donkey breeding was clarified,and the main factors restricting the efficiency improvement of local donkey breeders were pointed out.Finally,based on the main problems existing in the local donkey industry,some policy suggestions to improve and promote the development of the local donkey industry were put forward.
