乡村振兴背景下农村三产融合度及协调发展实证分析——以云南昆明为例

Integration Degree and Coordinated Development of Three Industry in Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Kunming of Yunnan

三产融合是乡村振兴战略实施的重要推手。以云南昆明农村一二三产业融合发展为例,构建了农村一二三产业融合的综合评价指标体系,采用耦合度与耦合协调度量化评价了昆明农村一二三产业的融合程度,实证分析了产业融合所达到的经济社会效益;在此基础之上,进一步剖析了制约当前昆明农村一二三产业融合的主要因素。最后,基于以上制约因素,从提升金融支持力度、促进数字农业建设、提升产业融合形式多样化、完善农村基础设施建设、重视增强农民在产业融合中的重要性贡献、把握自贸区建设带来的机遇等方面提出了进一步推进昆明农村一二三产业融合的政策建议。

The integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries is an important driving force for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Kunming of Yunnan as an example,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the countryside,and quantitatively evaluated the integration degree of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the countryside of Kunming by means of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,and empirically analyzed the economic and social benefits achieved by the industrial integration.On this basis,the research further analyzed the main factors that restrict the current integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Kunming rural areas.Finally,based on the above factors,some policy suggestions were put forward to further promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Kunming rural areas from increasing financial support,promoting the construction of digital agriculture,raising industry amalgamation form diversification,improving the rural infrastructure construction,emphasis on the importance of enhancing farmers in industrial convergence contribution,grasping the opportunities brought about by the free trade area construction.
