淮南八公山豆腐农业文化遗产保护与活化路径分析

Protection and Revitalization Path of Huainan Bagongshan Tofu Agricultural Cultural Heritage

农业文化遗产是农村与其所处环境长期协同进化和动态适应形成的独特的土地利用系统和农业景观,这种系统与景观具有丰富的生物多样性,可以满足当地社会经济与文化发展的需要。淮南地处中国南北分界线的淮河流域,淮南八公山豆腐农业文化遗产不仅富有丰富的淮河流域文化内涵,并以豆腐为原料形成了有名的淮南豆腐宴、豆腐文化节等,带动了当地经济的发展。通过分析淮南八公山豆腐农业文化遗产保护与活化路径,指出消费者对安徽淮南八公山豆腐农业文化遗产的历史文化内涵了解程度低;政府没有给予淮南豆腐具体的保护政策;淮南豆腐农业文化遗产传承、保护与活化的内在潜力巨大。最后,提出了发展淮南八公山豆腐农业文化遗产的针对性建议。

Agricultural cultural heritage is a unique land use system and agricultural landscape formed under the long-term co-evolution and dynamic adaptation of the countryside and its environment.This system and landscape have rich biological diversity and can meet the needs of local socio-economic and cultural development.Huainan is located in the Huaihe river basin,which divides China from north and south.Huainan Bagongshan Tofu Agricultural Cultural Heritage is not only rich in the cultural connotation of the Huaihe river basin,but also formed the famous Huainan Tofu Feast and Tofu Culture Festival,which have promoted the development of the local economy.Through analyzing the protection and activation path of tofu agricultural cultural heritage in Huainan Bagongshan,the authors pointed out that consumers had a low understanding level of the historical and cultural connotation of Tofu Agricultural Cultural Heritage in Huainan of Anhui,the government has not given Huainan tofu specific protection policies,the inherent potential of the inheritance,protection and activation of Huainan tofu agricultural cultural heritage is huge.Finally,the targeted suggestions for the development of Huainan Bagongshan Tofu Agricultural Cultural Heritage were put forward.
