新疆大宗及特色农作物实用技术集成与推广应用分析

Integration and Application of Practical Technology for Bulk and Characteristic Crops in Xinjiang

当前,中国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。新疆紧抓主要矛盾,促进大宗及特色现代农业体系建立,积极推动大宗及特色农作物生产中实用技术集成与推广应用。在分析新疆大宗及特色农作物实用技术集成与推广应用发展现状的基础上,指出目前新疆大宗作物发展稳定,特色作物势头强劲,技术集成与推广应用发展水平有所提高,但也存在科技创新能力低,基层人才储备少,中、下游产业链技术标准化程度低,政府资金投入不足,发展不健全等问题。最后,针对新疆得天独厚的自然条件以及面临的农业科技水平提升等机遇,提出了推动新疆大宗及特色农作物实用技术集成与推广应用有效发展的措施。

At present,the principal contradiction in Chinese society has been transformed into a contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.Xinjiang has grasped the principal contradictions,promoted the establishment of modern agricultural system of large quantity and characteristic,and actively promoted the integration and application of practical techniques.Based on the analysis on the current situation of practical technology integration and popularization and application development of bulk and characteristic crops in Xinjiang,it was pointed that the development of bulk crops in Xinjiang is stable,the momentum of characteristic crops is strong,and the development level of technology integration and popularization and application has been improved,but the science and technology innovation ability is low,grassroots talent reserves are less,the standardization degree of middle and downstream industry chain technology is low,government funding is insufficient,and the development is unsound,etc.Finally,in view of Xinjiang’s unique natural conditions and the opportunities for improving the level of agricultural science and technology,measures to promote the effective development of the integration and application of practical technologies for bulk and characteristic crops in Xinjiang were put forward.
