天疱疮病人血脂水平分析

AN ANALYSIS OF SERUM LIPIDS IN PATIENTS WITH PEMPHIGUS

目的分析天疱疮病人血脂代谢的特点。方法根据皮损及组织免疫病理特点,将收集的43例天疱疮病人(疾病组)分为寻常组(寻常型及增殖型)、落叶组(落叶型及红斑型),以同期我院体检中心的50例健康体检者为对照组。检测各组的三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、脂蛋白α(Lp(α))、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平及体质量指数(BMI)。结果疾病组病人血清LDL、apoB及FFA水平高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=2.510,Z=2.316、2.209,P<0.05);两组TG、HDL、apoA1、Lp(α)水平及BMI比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。寻常组血清apoB及FFA水平显著高于对照组(H=2.441、2.557,P<0.05),但寻常组与落叶组比较、落叶组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组间其他指标比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论天疱疮病人存在血脂代谢异常,且其紊乱情况可能与疾病类型有关。

Objective To analyze the features of serum lipid metabolism in patients with pemphigus.Methods According to the immunopathological characteristics of skin lesions and tissues,43 patients with pemphigus(disease group)were divided into vulgaris group(vulgaris and proliferative)and foliaceus group(foliaceus and erythematosus).Fifty healthy subjects in the physical examination center of our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Serum levels of triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),apolipoprotein B(apoB),apolipoprotein A1(apoA1),li-poproteinα(Lp(α)),and free fatty acid(FFA),as well as body mass index(BMI),were measured.Results The disease group had significantly higher serum levels of LDL,apoB,and FFA than the control group(t=2.510;Z=2.316,2.209;P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in TG,HDL,apoA1,Lp(α),and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum levels of apoB and FFA in the vulgaris group were significantly higher than those in the control group(H=2.441,2.557;P<0.05),but the levels of the two indicators were not significantly different between the vulgaris group and the foliaceus group and between the foliaceus group and the control group(P>0.05).No significant differences in other indicators were found between the vulgaris group,foliaceus group,and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with pemphigus have lipid metabolism dysfunction,which is presumably associated with the types of pemphigus.
