新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间“停课不停学”线上教学状况的调查与分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的调查与分析354名医科教师新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情防控期间“停课不停学”线上教学的状况。方法采用线上问卷的方法,调查与分析了我校医学部354名教师在疫情防控期间线上教学状况。结果62.43%的教师表示在此次疫情之前未开展过线上教学,且34.75%从未参加过线上教学培训;68.36%的教师表示喜欢线上教学,90.00%以上教师能按照教学计划积极主动参与线上教学,但仍有25.99%的教师表示线上教学不能调动其教学积极性,55.37%的教师表示线上教学不能与面对面授课一样与学生互动;31.92%的教师表示线上教学不能达到其预期的教学效果,49.15%的教师表示线上教学学生的学习效果与面对面授课效果不一致。学科基础课教师不了解线上教学的比例明显高于通识课教师和专业课教师,差异有显著性(χ^2=9.514,P<0.05)。≥50岁教师线上教学时不布置作业或不了解学生学习情况的比例明显高于≤39岁和40~49岁的教师(χ^2=9.174,P<0.05)。女性教师的线上教学积极性明显高于男性教师(χ^2=8.498,P<0.05)。≥50岁和40~49岁的教师认为线上教学不能达到其预期教学效果的比例,明显高于≤39岁的教师(χ^2=7.116,P<0.05)。92.94%的教师表示线上教学学生出勤好,56.75%的教师认为线上教学师生互动好,59.89%的教师认为线上教学效果好。结论在疫情防控和线上教学的关键时期,应大力开展线上教学培训,重构教学内容,做好教学设计,利用好在线教学平台,强化以结果为导向的教学方式和方法,以实现线上教学与课堂面对面教学实质等效的目标。 Objective To investigate and analyze the online teaching of“suspending classes without stopping teaching and learning”among 354 medical teachers during the epidemic prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods An online questionnaire survey was performed to investigate and analyze the online teaching among 354 teachers in the Medical Faculty of our university during the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19.Results Of the 354 teachers,62.43% had not conducted online teaching before the outbreak,and 34.75% had never participated in online teaching training;68.36% liked online teaching,and more than 90.00% could actively participate in online teaching according to the teaching plan;however,25.99% believed that online teaching could not mobilize their enthusiasm for teaching,and 55.37% said that online teaching could not allow them to interact with students as face-to-face teaching did;31.92% said that online teaching could not achieve the teaching effect as expected,and 49.15%said that the learning effect of online teaching was inconsistent with that of face-to-face teaching.The proportion of teachers who did not understand online teaching was significantly higher in the teachers of basic courses than in those of general courses and specialized courses(χ^2=9.514,P<0.05).The proportion of teachers who did not assign homework or did not know about the learning status of students was significantly higher in teachers aged ≥50 years than in those aged ≤39 years and 40-49 years(χ^2=9.174,P<0.05).The female teachers had significantly higher enthusiasm for online teaching than the male teachers(χ^2=8.498,P<0.05).The teachers aged ≥50 years and 40-49 years had a significantly higher proportion of individuals who thought that online teaching could not achieve the expected teaching effect than those aged ≤39 years(χ^2=7.116,P<0.05).Among all the teachers,92.94% said that students showed good attendance to online teaching,56.75% thought that the interaction between teachers and students was good in online teaching,and 59.89% believed that the online teaching effect was good.Conclusion In the critical period of epidemic prevention and control and online teaching,it is necessary to carry out online teaching training,reconstruct teaching content,design online teaching properly,make good use of the online teaching platform,and strengthen result-oriented teaching methods,so as to achieve the goal of actual equivalence between online teaching and face-to-face teaching.
