摘要 根据"水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管"总基调,顺应信息化补短板形势,梳理当前珠江流域水利网信工作现状,从网络安全基础设施改造、主动监测预警、纵深防御及网络IPv6改造几个方面探讨网络安全能力提升工作思路,并从健全防护体系、主动防护能力提升和加强纵深防御能力等方面介绍预期成果,为珠江流域水行政管理单位打造"预警及时、防御有效、响应快捷、安全可控"的网络安全综合防护体系,更好地履行水行政管理职能提供技术支持。 In accordance with the general tone of "accelerating the construction of water conservancy projects and strengthen the supervision of water conservancy industry", the water conservancy industry complies with the situation that strengthen the information technology. Reviewing the current status of network and information of water conservancy in Pearl River Basin, this paper discusses network security capability improvement from 4 aspects, such as network security infrastructure, active monitoring and early warning, defense-in-depth and IPv6 network transformation. Also, the expected results are introduced from the aspects of improving the protection system, improving the active protection capability and strengthening the defense capability in depth. It provides technical support for water administrative management units in the Pearl River Basin to build a comprehensive network security protection system featuring "timely warning, effective defense, quick response, security and controllable" and better perform water administrative functions.
